My Current Fitness workout, involves two wheels and one human power.

I started getting into cycling, as a way to keep up with my Australian Shepherd. Just strapped her to the side, and tried to keep up. It might sound cruel, but trust me its not, I bought a leashed specifically designed to keep her away from the bike enough to avoid the wheels. And started out slow, working her up to larger distances. I also let her set the pace, and she loves it.

This then evolved into me pushing farther and harder after dropping her back off at the house. I worked up to a century ride in 2014, after starting this in 2012.
